Abstract

A new citizen rejection of the second constitutional proposal in Chile, gives us a series of aspects to consider about the future of Chilean politics and the signals that the electorate would be showing, in the face of a political leadership that, presenting two conflicting drafts ideologically, in the plebiscites of 2022 and 2023, respectively, did not convince citizens who perceive that they are not being interpreted in the current democratic game.
