Abstract
internal party elections held on December 18, 2022 in Paraguay and concludes in the presidential elections of April 30, 2023, identifying a clear national leadership of the Colorado Party, that adds a new electoral victory of administrative power since the beginning of the democratic era. On the contrary, the opposition fails to articulate in a bloc that captures the citizen vote for the administration of the country. These elections showed that when the main candidate opposing power is not convincing, the voter looks for another alternative that represents their motivational voting network, present in this election in citizen discontent with the exercise of representation that has not responded to their expectations.
