Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the affective polarization phenomenon from a two point of views: the gender and the age. Through a bivariate descriptive analysis, statistically significant differences have been found between the different groups. Finally, it is concluded that the older people and women are the most affectively polarized groups, finding that there are age and gender biases in this phenomenon.
